Well a mini one! As I speak Ricky and I are on our way to the Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada! We have a few things plans during our trip, I've reserved us tables at a few restaurants we've been wanting to try and also booked us tickets for an incredible day & night art experience that I seriously can't wait to attend and share with you all.

"Trick or treat, smell my feet. Give me something good to eat." Halloween! I recently went and purchased a bunch of candies, goodie bags, and miscellaneous halloween things to assemble our 2019 goodie bags for the Trick or Treaters. They turned out so cute, make sure to follow me on Instagram if you want to see them, I've already posted a few previews.

Dressing up! I'm still debating if I'm going to dress up for Halloween. However, ever since I cut my hair people have told me that I look like Mia Wallace from Pulp Fiction. So I'm planning to dress up as an Overdose Mia Wallace from the famous scene in the movie. "I said God Damn...God Damn." but I'm still thinking about it.

Life! I know that might seem vague but life has truly never been better and both Ricky and I feel that way. Ever since we moved out of San Jose our life has changed so much and we're so happy. We've also been working hard towards our future goals and it's been amazing seeing everything come along, and the best part is we are surrounded by our incredible and loving family!

The love! We recently got to witness two of our college friends get married in a beautiful ranch in Catheys Valley, California and it was so incredibly beautiful to witness two amazing souls marry each other. We definitely felt the love all night long, and Ricky and I also danced beneath the stars all night long.

And I'm not kidding when I say a lot. I've always enjoyed baking but I would only bake brownies, banana, bread, and muffins. However, I finally stepped outside my comfort zone and I've started to try new recipes. Here are a few recipes I've tried and/or created and I'm hoping in the near future to share them with you all:

Apple Blondies
Apple Caramel Cookies
Apple Turnover
Apple Galette
Blueberry Plum Galette
Mexican-Hot Chocolate Brownies
Roasted Grape Snack Cake

As you can tell I've been baking a lot of apple desserts and the main reason is because Ricky's dad has been bringing us freshly picked apples almost every week and they're perfect for baking. This weekend he brought us freshly picked Peaches, Persimmons, and Lemons so I'm hoping to create something delicious with them.

La Casa de las Flores (The House of Flowers) season two. I've talked about this show before in a past currently post but just incase you never heard of it La Casa de las Flores is a Mexican comedy-drama web television series created by Manolo Caro. It depicts a dysfunctional upper-class Mexican family that owns a prestigious flower shop. Season two was just released this month on Netflix and Ricky and I enjoyed it so much, I definitely recommend watching it.

A ton of new posts. I know I've been a bit M.I.A, but moving and adjusting was not easy. However, I'm not going to lie I've been enjoying my time-off especially with Ricky but it's time to get the ball rolling because I have a ton of pending posts to finalize and a ton more new experiences that I want to share with you all.

I hope you enjoyed this currently (life update) post and expect a new and spooky post on Halloween! I would love to hear from you too, let me know in the comments below what you have been up to recently?
