A lot! And I'm not even kidding, if you came into our home you would be like, girl what's going on? But Ricky and I are doing some major spring cleaning, and it seems like it's been going on for weeks now and we are still not done. I am so surprised with how much stuff we have accumulated in the past 9 years living in San Jose. We've donated a lot of clothing, books, and even sold a few things online that we knew were worth some money! But I am so glad we are getting rid of stuff, like I mentioned before we are slowly becoming more minimal. Plus, getting rid of old stuff that no longer spark joy has felt so good!

To a new scenery?! Yes I know...Imelda what does that mean? I won't say much about it because I don't believe in announcing your goals out loud. Why? because research reveals that publicly announcing your goals makes you less likely to achieve them. Point is, just keep your goals to yourself, and announce them when you have accomplished them! Plus, I currently don't know what the end goal is, well I kind of do but this might take weeks, months, or even a year. So for now, I'll just say I'll keep you posted with more information.

My spending habits, this isn't totally new, I actually changed my spending habits since the start of the year. I've been a bit more frugal with my money but don't confuse it with being cheap. Being cheap is about not wanting to spend any money; being frugal is about prioritizing your spending and living a simple life. I've said goodbye to fast-fashion, I no longer spend money on random clothing items simply because they are trending. Instead, I am buying clothing items that will work anytime of the year and if they're a bit more pricey, I'm willing to spend a few more bucks on an item that will last me longer. Secondly, I was an avid collector who collected a lot of Disney stuff and I decided to stop. And wow, let me just say I've seen a huge difference in my savings. No lie, a lot of my money went towards random clothing items and Disney stuff.

A mini vacation/getaway! It's Ricky's birthday in a few days so I'm currently planning a mini trip down to Southern California. No we will not be going to Disneyland like we always do, but we are exploring a new area in Los Angeles. I have a few things saved including a tea shop, an art museum, and maybe even a pop-up museum or two. I must admit this trip is totally spontaneous, I was not planning on taking a trip down to LA this month. However, when Southwest has a sale and their flights are only $33...yeah you can't pass on that, am I right? I am so excited for this trip and it's also a surprise trip for Ricky but I guess since he reads my blog it's not a surprise SURPRISE!

My amazing and loving partner, Ricky! I swear I fall in love with this guy even more everyday! I can't believe I've been lucky to have him not only as my best friend but also my soulmate. A lot of people often ask me how we've been able to stay together for such a long time (we've known each other for 13 years and we've been together as a couple for 11 years) yeah I know that's a long time! I'm not going to lie we've had our ups and downs these past couple of years but no matter what, we are always there for each other. I've sort of  been working on a post about relationships, specifically my relationship with my partner, so hopefully in the near future I can share it.

So many good shows! Like seriously, so instead of making a long post about the shows, I'll make a list with a quick description or comment that way you can decided whether or not you want to watch it.

• When They See Us: So far this is the most watched series on Netflix, and its based on a true story.
• Chernobyl: The cinematography in this show is amazing! And it's a show not too many people are talking about but it's incredible and also based on a true story.
• The Handmaid's Tale: It's on it's third season and it's only getting better and better!
• Los Espookys: Any Spanish speaking goth kid would love this show! Plus Fred Armisen is executive producer, ahh yes!
• Big Little Lies: The girls are back and better than ever! Plus Meryl Streep!
• Black Mirror: Season 5, favorite episode: episode 1, least favorite: episode 2, and Miley Cyrus in episode 3...yaaaas!
• Euphoria: This show is such a trip! I wasn't planning on watching it but Ricky suggested it and I am so glad he did, it's amazing and WOW! Zendaya is such an incredible actress.

My small business! Having my own business was always a dream of mine. Some of you might not know but once upon a time I had my own small business, however my business had to be put on hold because of school, work, and to be honest a few personal problems, it was just too much to handle and I couldn't do it on my own. However, lately it's something people have been telling me I should be doing again, and it's always on the back of my head. And recently, I've been encouraged by my amazing partner, my brother, and my clients to start it again, but of course I'll be taking baby steps because it's not easy. But I am so excited to get everything up and running again, I've already started, which is the reason why I am now speaking about it! By the way, if you don't know anything about my small business, don't worry I'll talk all about my small business in a separate post, so keep an eye out for that post. It should be a good one!
