April Ipsy Glam Bag

Earlier this week I received my April Ipsy Glam Bag! This month's glam bag is all about the Sideshow. Step right up! This red-orange ticket bag is the perfect clutch for rides on the Ferris wheel, or just being your awesome self. The design and color of this bag is so cute and different! I'll definitely be getting a lot of use out of this bag. Now let's see what I got inside my April Glam Bag!
The first item I got was the MicaBeauty Highlighting Powder in Highlight #3. You can use this highlighting powder for your face and chest. You can also use it as an eyeshadow, you just need to apply it with a damp brush for added intensity. This highlighting powder is also packed with antioxidants to protect and nourish your complexion. It's a really pretty powder, I'm not a fan of shimmery/glittery products for my face but I might give it a try. The next product I got was the Ciaté London Mini Bamboo Bronzer in Palm Island. Not only is this a bronzer but it's also packed with amaranth and sunflower extracts, which help soothe and smooth your complexion. It also has oil-controlling ingredients, yaaaas! I love anything and everything that can help with my oily skin. I am very excited to try this bronzer out, Ciaté never disappoints.
The next item inside my glam bag was the Luxie Beauty Luxie Dreamcatcher Precision Foundation Brush 660. I normally apply my foundation with my Beauty Blender. However, I have some new foundations that I've been wanting to try applying with a brush. I've been meaning to pick up a new foundation brush because all of mine are really old, so this couldn't have come at a better time.  I love the cute color on the handle, the bristles are so soft, and this brush is also 100% vegan and cruelty-free!
The next product I got was the Hanalei Aloe Soothing Gel. At first I was very confused on how to use this gel. The only thing I know about aloe vera is that it's very good for sunburn. It's cooling, refreshing, smoothing and naturally regenerative. After reading more about this soothing gel, I found out that you can also use it to help balance out any redness or uneven skin tone. The gel texture is also perfect to use as a makeup primer. This gel smells really good, it has a very fresh scent. I don't think I'll be using it as a primer but I'll definitely be using it for sunburn, redness, and any uneven skin tones. The last product I got was the Hey Honey Bésame Mucho. I love Hey Honey products! This balm is loaded with shea butter and propolis, an extract from beehives that hydrates and is antibacterial. This is the perfect balm for dry and chapped lips. As soon as I saw I got this balm in my bag I knew I had to try it out and so far I am loving it mucho!

Well that's all the items I got inside my bag, I hope you enjoyed seeing my April Glam Bag. Until next time, Stay Fabulous!

  1. I'm so jealous how quick you received your bag this month haha. Mine says it's supposed to be delivered today! That brush looks like it's going to be a good one, I love Luxie brushes. Oh and that Ciaté bronzer!

    1. Thank you! I'm actually happy I've been receiving them early, I feel like I always get mine late. That Ciaté bronzer was very lovely.

  2. I'm glad you liked you it. I didn't like it, mine was a disappointment.

    1. Aww! Hopefully next month is better. I know I've gotten a few blah bags.
