Ipsy: February Glam Bag

Couple Days ago I received my February Ipsy Glam Bag! I was so excited for this month's glam bag because I was finally able to redeem a reward with my points! I've been trying to redeem something for months, especially since some of my points were close to expiring, however, everything was always sold out. I finally decided to follow @ipsycare on Twitter to get updates and as soon as new rewards were restocked BOOM! I was able to get something I really liked! Anyways let's move on! This month's glam bag is all about #IpsyMuchLove. What squad goals are made of! The design of this bag is simple but I love how the denim looks with the bright orange color, it looks perfect for Spring and Sumer! Now let's see what I got inside my February Glam Bag!
The first product I got was a Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish in $12 Latte. I normally dislike getting nail polishes, however this color is beautiful! It is a deep dark grayish-purplish-brownish color, definitely reminds me of a latte. I tried it on right before working on this post and I ended up doing all of my nails because I fell in love with the color! I am so happy I got this nail polish and even more happy that I'm getting to try more of Trust Fund Beauty products. Next, I got a NYX Professional Makeup Butter Lipstick in Ripe Berry. I am bummed that this is a butter lipstick, its a cute raspberry color but I hate thick buttery lipsticks. I know I won't be getting much use out of this, however, I'll be giving this away to my coworker that loves any kind of lipsticks, seriously! The next item I got in my glam bag was the BelláPierre Cosmetics Volumelash Waterproof Mascara. This mascara has a flexible brush that perfectly separates and coats every single lash. I'm looking forward to using this mascara because it claims that even though it’s waterproof, a makeup removing wipe will take it right off. No tugging or rubbing is required. I've never had good experiences taking off waterproof mascaras, so I really hope this mascara doesn't disappoint me.
The next product I got and probably the most excited I am for is the True Botanicals Resurfacing Moisture Mask. This deep exfoliating and hydrating mask helps you get rid of dull complexion and brings back your skin to luminosity in five minutes, flat! The lactic acid helps exfoliate and the avocado butter helps with hydrating. It is the perfect product for radiant skin! If I may say, Ipsy is definitely showing us the love with this sample. A full size tub cost $90! Yes $90! I know I didn't get the full size in my bag but they are definitely spoiling us with this products! I hope I really like it but I also hope I don't because I don't know if I want to spend that much money on another facial product. I already use the high-end Aēsop B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel which is $120. If you want to know more about that gel, go and check out my November Favorites. Next, I got the Nourishing Coconut Milk Daily Facial Scrub with Walnuts & Sugar. This scrub smelled so good, that I tried it that same night! The smell kind of reminds me of Playdough with notes of sugar and nuts. I love playdough by the way. This facial scrub left my skin feeling squeaky clean and it also buffed away dead skin cells. I love that this scrub contains organic honey and coconut milk, and it is Cruelty and Paraben free.
Lastly as my reward for redeeming my points, I got the Beauty Infusion Cleansing Clay Mask with Charcoal + Probiotics. I've never redeemed any of my point before with IPSY and let me just say this is a full size product! I am mind blown! This serum-infused mask clears out pores with activated charcoal (my favorite) and gently draws out oils and toxins without drying your skin! This mask will leave you skin feeling fresh and clear. If you've been reading my blog or know me well, you know how much I love charcoal products. It's a natural item found in mother nature that deeply cleans your skin. I am so excited to use this mask. I recently ran out of all my charcoal masks, so I'll be using this next.

Well I hope you enjoyed seeing my February Glam Bag. I am so excited to try everything out. I'm pretty sure some of these items will be in one of my future monthly favorites, I can already tell. Until next time, Stay Fabulous!

  2. You should try that lipstick out. I always thought I wouldn't like it because I don't like buttery lip products nor do I like lip glosses but I got sent one over a year ago and I actually really like it. It feels like a standard lipstick, not buttery not thick at all just the perfect hydration. I also got that one in this months bag.

    1. Really! I didn't even try it and I already gifted it to my coworker but I saw a girl on Youtube swatch it and it look really shiny. I don't know but I thought I wouldn't like it. Maybe I'll try it next time if I get another one.
