Ipsy: September Glam Bag

Last week I received my Ipsy September Glam Bag. I have been really excited to get my bag each month, since the past few bag have been amazing! This month I wanted to be surprised with the design of the bag, so I didn't open the email I get with a preview. If you look closely to the design you will notice the girls are spelling I-P-S-Y. I thought it was a cute design but I'm not super excited about it but I do love the gold details. Anyways, let's move on to the inside of the bag. This month's glam bag focuses on Glamazon; "Too glam to give a damn." Real talk we're through with lazy beauty. Put away your sweatpants, let down your ponytail and get glammed up just for the hell of it. Now let's see what I got inside my September Glam Bag.
The first product I got was the Dr. G Daily Safe BB in Fair. This is a lightweight bb creme. It smooths, hydrates and covers blemishes while protecting the skin from the sun. I love trying out foundations and cremes. This looks like the perfect bb creme to use in the summer. Since we are still having occasional heat waves this will come handy for those hot days. The next product I got was the Living Proof Perfect hair Day 5-in-1 Styling Treatment. This is a styling treatment that smooths, volumizes, conditions, strengthens and polishes your hair. I've been really annoyed with my hair for a while and lately I have been trying different hair products to bring some life back to my hair. So I am really looking forward to trying this hair styling treatment. This past month I have been using the hair treatment I got in my August glam bag and I am slowly seeing a good change in my hair.
The next product I got was yet another nail polish. I don't know how many times I need to tell Ipsy that I am getting tired of receiving nail polishes. Anyways, this is the Ulta3 Nail Colour in Sizzling Red. This is a simple red nail polish. I do love about this nail polish is that it is a long-lasting, chip resistant, and Bunny friendly nail polish. No animal testing, ever! Kudos for ulta3.
Next, I got the Seraphine Botanicals Guava Butter. This lip and cheek stain contains a nourishing and hydrating formula that features pure shea butter and melts onto the skin. This natural peachy-pink shade brightens any skin tone. Ever since I got my first Seraphine Botanicals product couple months ago, I was very interested in trying out more of their products since they are cruelty free. This butter smells amazing! I've never tried a cheek stain like this so I am really excited to see how it works. If I don't like it as a cheek stain I will definitely use it as a lip stain. The last product I got was a Tarte cosmetics tarteist lash paint mascara. The brush in this mascara has fanned bristles that allows it you reach every single lash, even the teeniest. I was in need of a new mascara and I always love trying out drugstore to high-end mascara. I'm a fan of Tarte products so I am really looking forward to using this mascara.

Well I hope you enjoyed seeing my September Glam Bag. This might of not been my favorite bag but it definitely had some good products. See you all next time.

  1. This month I got the same exact items as you did. I love the Living Proof brand and I'm excited to use their styling treatment.

    1. Really! I don't think we have ever gotten the same items! Twinning.
