The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Haul

Two post in one day? oh yes!

Earlier this month during my trip to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Ricky and I picked up a few things. I stopped myself from buying a lot of the stuff I saw, especially inside Honeydukes everything look so delicious but I did pick up a few things I liked from some of the shops. Since were talking about Honeydukes lets start out with the items I picked up from there. Hope you enjoy!
The first item I got was a pack of these Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans. These are gourmet jelly beans that come in up to 20 different flavors that range from delicious to disgusting including marshmallow, tutti-frutti, grass, soap, and even earwax. I loved how they had these display inside Honeydukes, they looked so beautifully stacked I immediately knew I needed to get myself one.
Next, I got myself a box of their infamous Chocolate Frogs. I been wanting one of these since the first movie came out. I thought it was so cute and beautifully packaged. Inside you get a delicious frog shaped confection of solid milk chocolate. It comes in an ornately decorated pentagonal box with a wizard card. The cards exhibit 3 dimensional movement and biographical data on the back.
Next, I wanted to take something back that had the Honeydukes logo on it, so I decided to buy these Honeydukes Sherbet Lemons Drops. These drops are a perfect concoction of sweet and sour lemon. The drops are lightly dusted with a coating of the finest granulated sugar for an inviting texture. They come inside this beautiful glass jar that also displays the Honeydukes logo on the outside.
Next, I got the souvenir cup for the Butterbeer I tasted at the park.
While buying my Butterbeer I also picked up one of these Pumpkin Juice. I loved the packaging, I bought it more as a novelty to have displayed in my living room. However, this is a drinkable drink. It is a spicy sweet pumpkin beverage. I was tempted to open it but to this day I haven't and I don't think I will.
I also got myself a Deathly Hallows Mug. This was the first thing I saw that I knew I had to purchase. It combined both my love for mugs and my love for the story of the Deathly Hallows.
Next, Ricky had originally purchased for me a large pin of the Hogwarts shield with little rhinestones. I wasn't too happy with it but I wanted one that said Hogwarts, so I settled for it since we were leaving the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. However as we were exiting Universal I stopped at the last shop and saw this set of miniature shield pins of Hogwarts and the different houses. I ended up exchanging the original pin and got this one.
The last purchase Ricky and I made were our wands. Ricky knew from the start which wand he wanted but he wasn't telling me until we got inside Ollivanders. The wand that he ended up getting was Professor Albus Dumbledore wand. I was surprised but not too surprised with his choice. I know he has always liked Dumbledore and he actually really liked the design for his wand.
Now for me I was contemplating on my choice, originally I wanted Hermione or Luna Lovegood. However, as my day went on I changed my mind and I was now deciding between Professor Snape or Lord Voldemort wand. And as you can tell if you don't already know I ended up getting the wand of he who shall not be named...well again. I actually ended up getting the Interactive Lord Voldemort Wand. That's why the box to my wand is a different color than Rickys. The difference is with my wand I was able to cast spells to create amazing magical experiences throughout The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I also love that it came with this awesome map that marks all the locations throughout The Wizarding World of Harry Potter where you can put your wand to use.

Well I hope you enjoyed this haul, sorry it took a bit longer for me to post. See you all next time.
