Disneyland Freebies | Favorites

Going to Disneyland can get expensive. The tickets alone are expensive and if you are also traveling from far away like me, it's even more expensive. That's why I'm sharing with you all my top 5 favorite Disneyland Freebies. These freebies will become very helpful for you while at the park and you might be able to take a souvenir or two for someone without spending a dollar. Let's start!
  • Unlimited Free Water
Yes, we all know that there are many water fountains all over the park. If you are like me and like delicious iced cold water, then this freebie will be very helpful for you. You don’t have to waste your money on cold water bottles anymore. You can simply walk into any of the establishments throughout the park that sell fountain drinks and ask for a cup of water. Normally they will give you a small cup of iced cold water but some locations will give you a big cup. This is very helpful especially on hot days when you need to stay hydrated.
  • Celebration Buttons
There are many buttons you can get to celebrate almost every occasion at Disneyland, from first visits to graduations. You can pick up these buttons inside City Hall at Disneyland or at any stores inside the parks. This is a great freebie, this can easily be taken for someone as a souvenir. If you are at the park and it's almost someones birthday, you can get them a birthday button as a gift for free.
  • The Buena Vista Bugle
The Buena Vista Bugle is a free newspaper that Disney prints out. A new edition is published several times a year. You can pick up The Buena Vista Bugle at the Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe better known as the Starbucks inside California Adventure. This is a great souvenir if you have someone who loves to read.
  • Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters Ride Photo
Buying the photographs from all the attractions that take a photograph can get expensive. However you're in luck, after riding Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters you are able to send yourself a digital copy of the picture they take of you. It also includes your score on the photograph. Unfortunately there was a malfunction on the ride this day so no scores were being displayed. Look at my face, so focused.
  • Chocolate from Ghirardelli
Lastly, the Ghirardelli’s Chocolate Shop located in the Pacific Wharf area of Disneyland California Adventures gives out free chocolate squares to all the guests who enter the shop. If you are ever hungry or have a sweet tooth make sure to stop by and grab that delicious free piece of chocolate.

I hope this helps you during your next visit to Disneyland.
